Congratulations go to members of Syston Sailing Club who recently passed their Level 3 dinghy sailing qualifications.
Level 3, also known as “better sailing” is rarely offered at club level. It was held at the club during October. Among other things, participants had to be able to control their boat without a rudder, and also had a go at flying spinnakers – additional sails that add significantly to the boat’s power.
